Jeremy Kritt is a full-time real estate broker and the owner of Kritt Real Estate. He founded the brokerage with a clear purpose: to deliver truly great service without the constraints of traditional real estate models.
He didn’t want to answer to a franchise or chase team quotas. He wanted to stay nimble, work directly with his clients, and build a business defined by personal service and results.
As the head of his own licensed independent brokerage, Jeremy has the freedom to think strategically, speak honestly, and make decisions based entirely on what’s best for his clients—not on what’s best for someone else's business model.
Background and Experience
Jeremy began his real estate career in 2017, following more than a decade of teaching English at universities in South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. That international experience sharpened his ability to lead with empathy, communicate across cultures, and manage complex situations with calm and confidence.
When he moved to Austin, Texas, it was with a singular goal: to build his real estate business from the ground up. With no existing network and no shortcuts, Jeremy relied on grit, vision, and a deep belief that real estate could be done better.
Real estate also runs in the family. Jeremy’s parents were longtime agents in California, and from them he learned what it means to take ownership, earn trust, and do the job the right way.
