Nearly A Decade of Results
For nearly a decade, I've helped people across Texas make some of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence. I built my real estate business from the ground up after moving to Austin, Texas in 2017 and was honored to be named Rookie of the Year at my first brokerage.
From the very beginning, my focus has been simple: treat every client with honesty, work relentlessly, and deliver real results.
A Different Background
Ironically, my parents were in the real estate industry in California when I was growing up. When I was younger, I didn't want anything to do with it. Now here I am. It's my life.
Before real estate, I spent more than 13 years teaching at universities in South Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and lead people through complex decisions.
I hold three academic degrees: a BA in Philosophy and Letters from Saint Louis University, a Master of Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language from the University of Birmingham (UK), and a Master of Educational Research from Durham University (UK).
Why I Started Kritt Real Estate
In 2021, I founded Kritt Real Estate to create a truly independent brokerage built on professionalism, transparency, and measurable performance. I'm deeply grateful for how my business has grown and for the trust so many clients have placed in me.
