As a licensed real estate broker in Texas, I’ve gone beyond the minimum requirements to practice real estate. My path into real estate wasn’t typical. I spent 13 years teaching English overseas before jumping into real estate in a brand-new city where I didn’t know a single person. No friends. No past clients. No referrals. Just the will to succeed, a relentless work ethic, and a refusal to fail.

Since then, I’ve built my business from the ground up—selling homes in nearly every scenario: pristine listings, distressed properties, complex negotiations, and both fast-moving and slow markets. I’ve developed a reputation for being sharp, direct, highly strategic, and always prepared.
